Current Openings:

Roofing Sales / Estimator

M & J Construction is currently seeking Roofing Sales / Estimators to work in Houston and the surrounding areas.  This person will be first to respond after a storm or disaster occurs to a property from wind/hail damage.  This person should be assertive and ready to mobilize quickly to a loss/disaster site.  You will call on customers after the loss and explain our services with the intent of gaining customer commitment to hire M & J Construction for needed services.

• Minimum of 3 years Roof Sales / Estimation Experience

• Must have a complete knowledge of roofing systems

• Must know how to accurately measure roof structures for estimates .vvand material take offs

• Driven and highly motivated is a must

• Contacts in the insurance market a plus

Emergency Response Coordinator (a.k.a. Chaser)

M & J Construction is currently looking for an Emergency Response Coordinator (a.k.a. Chaser) in the Houston and surrounding areas.  This person will be first to respond after a disaster occurs to a property from fire and/or water loss.  This person should be assertive and ready to mobilize quickly to a loss / disaster site.  You will call on customers after the loss and explain our services with the intent of gaining customer commitment to hire M & J Construction for needed services.

• Minimum of 3 years of chasing experience in the Restoration Industry

• Driven and highly motivated a must

• Contacts in the insurance market a plus
